To join Ivana Chubbuck's Masterclass, you must apply, and Ivana will personally select the participants. Applicants should be experienced actors who are familiar with or want to familiarize themselves with the Chubbuck Technique and Ivana’s book, The Power of the Actor. Those chosen will work in pairs on a scene selected by Ivana, prepared 2 to 3 weeks before the masterclass, according to the 12-step technique outlined in her book. Participants must rehearse with their scene partners for 6 to 8 hours before the Masterclass, and an additional 3 to 4 hours after the first day's session on Saturday. This promises to be a transformative experience!

EVENT DETAILS

• Dates: 7 & 8 June, 2025
• Times: Saturday (9:00 am- 6:00 pm) and Sunday (10:00 am - 5:00 pm)
• Location: Troubleyn Laboratorium, Pastorijstraat 23, 2060 Antwerp (Belgium)
  
• Participants must arrive by 8:30 am on Saturday, prepared with their own props and costumes.
• The Masterclass concludes with a Q&A session for both participants and auditors, followed by opportunities for photos and book signings

• You have to first purchase an Active Auditor Ticket via Eventbrite to be part of the selection procedure

• Application deadline: 1 May 2025
• Notification of Acceptance: By 7 May 2025
• Participants and active auditors must be 18 years or older

PRICE, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY

• Price: € 680 (incl VAT)
• Payment deadline: Within 7 days of acceptance or you will lose your spot

• You have to first purchase your Active Auditor Ticket via Eventbrite to be part of the selection procedure. Then, if you are selected you will pay the remaining of the “participant” price (€ 680 - € 169 = € 511). It will be € 680 incl. VAT in total

• If a Participating Actor cancels:

  • 14 days or more before the date of the first masterclass day, there will be a refund of € 511 incl. VAT
    
  • less than 14 days before the masterclass, there will be no refund
    

• The Active Auditor Ticket (€ 169 incl VAT) is always non-refundable
