The Chubbuck Technique has been developed by the American acting coach Ivana Chubbuck, which she epxlains in her book THE POWER OF THE ACTOR. This acting technique – based on the teachings of Stanislavski - is the only acting technique that is scientifically based on psychology and human behavioural science.
